About Us
The Kulturflut Skandaløs e.V. was founded in 2012, as a non for profit organisation that seeks to spread art and culture in North Frisia. An important focus of our doing has been to support and promote promising newcomers and provide opportunities for networking.
The very heart of our work, the SKANDALØS festival, is supposed to be a platform for people from all different backgrounds and lifestyles to meet. City and country, Germans and Scandinavian, young and old, we want people to get to know each other better.
We also want to be a support for music bands from neighbouring Denmark. That’s why, along with the SKANDALØS, we are also part of a project called Hoyer und Husum on Tour, which is an exchange program between German and Danish artists and clubs.
